Full-time job during and after college. Started as a delivery driver and quickly rose to General Manager.
After seeing my inventory management and staff scheduling techniques, the franchisees sent me to other stores to improve operations across all six of their locations.
I trained team members in efficient food preparation methods that minimized waste, improved delivery times, and elevated customer satisfaction. This role helped me to develop strong organizational skills, quick problem-solving, and the ability to lead diverse teams in a demanding workplace.
